Thanks Pru for sharing this review of the 'Wolverhamton' concert that appeared in the Evening Mail:

Songs From The Heart
DARREN HAYES
Civic Hall,
Wolverhampton

The ecstatic welcome for Darren Hayes as he took to the stage at the packed Civic Hall was worthy of any acclaimed rock star. But he sang his heart out like a new kid on the block with everything to prove. Perhaps that sort of honesty is part of the reason for his success. There may be other equally talented lyricists and singers, but few can express the emotion and angelic sound which Hayes has made his own. Too Close For Comfort is the name of his tour, but most in the mixed but mainly 30-something crowd couldn't get close enough to their hero. Insataible, Strange Relationship and Heart Attack were delivered in style from his latest album Spin. But Affirmation, I Knew I Loved You and To The Moon And Back from his Savage Garden days inevitably drew the loudest cheers and had the crowd singin along. He returns to the civic on Monday.

And they need public to their shows! (I just wonder if it will be another TRL... hope not), etc. Like they say, YOU'RE THE BOSS of the show! (does it give you a clear idea? ^_~). Also hosting with Nabi, the newcomer VJ Izabelle Desjardins.
